SLVCN Pneumatic Fluorine-Lined Wafer Butterfly Valve is supplied as a complete automated control unit, including a rack & pinion pneumatic actuator (double-acting or spring return), solenoid valve, limit switch box, and air filter regulator (AFR), providing fast and reliable on-off control for industrial pipeline systems.

Designed for highly corrosive media such as acids, alkalis, and chemical fluids, the valve features a ductile iron (GGG40/GGG50) or cast iron body fully lined with PTFE / PFA / FEP. The lined body, disc, and seat ensure excellent corrosion resistance, anti-adhesion performance, and extended service life in demanding environments.

The wafer-type design allows easy installation between ANSI, DIN, and JIS flanges. The pre-assembled unit reduces installation time and procurement complexity, offering a ready-to-use solution for chemical, pharmaceutical, and water treatment industries.

With ISO 5211 mounting and NAMUR interface, the valve ensures easy integration with automation systems. Each valve is 100% tested before shipment. ISO9001 & CE certified. MTC and Certificate of Origin available. OEM & customization supported.
