SLVCN Pneumatic Ductile Iron Wafer Butterfly Valve is designed for reliable on-off control of water, air, oil, and other compatible media. It is widely used in water supply, HVAC systems, irrigation, and general industrial pipelines.

The valve features a robust ductile iron(GGG40/GGG50) body with epoxy coating for enhanced corrosion resistance, combined with EPDM or NBR soft seat for tight sealing and long service life. The resilient seated design ensures smooth 90° quarter-turn operation with low torque.

The wafer-type structure allows easy installation between ANSI, DIN, and JIS flanges, saving space and reducing installation costs. Body materials such as cast iron, carbon steel (WCB), or stainless steel are available upon request.

Equipped with a rack & pinion pneumatic actuator (single-acting or double-acting) with NAMUR interface, the valve supports easy integration with solenoid valves, limit switch boxes, positioners, and air filter regulators for efficient automation. All valves are 100% tested before shipment to ensure reliable performance and consistent quality. ISO9001 & CE certified, OEM service is available.
