SLVCN Pneumatic Triple Offset Wafer Butterfly Valve is designed for reliable shut-off and control in high-temperature, high-pressure, and demanding industrial pipelines. Its triple offset metal-to-metal sealing ensures frictionless operation, bi-directional tight shut-off, and long service life, ideal for steam, thermal oil, gas, and other severe media.

The valve body is made from carbon steel (WCB), stainless steel (CF8/CF8M), or alloy steel (WC6/WC9), with hard-faced sealing surfaces for enhanced wear resistance and durability. Compared with resilient-seated valves, the triple offset design performs better under extreme conditions.

Equipped with a rack & pinion pneumatic actuator (single-acting or double-acting) with NAMUR interface, the valve allows easy integration with solenoid valves, positioners, limit switches, and air filter regulators.

Manufactured under ISO9001 and CE certified, SLVCN valves are available in customized sizes, pressure ratings, materials, and actuator options. OEM services are offered for project or bulk orders.
