Product Overview

SLVCN Manual Wafer Butterfly Valve with Lever Handle is designed for on-off control of water, air, oil, and other compatible media in low to medium pressure pipeline systems. It is widely used in water supply, HVAC, irrigation, and general industrial applications where compact structure and manual operation are required.

The valve features a ductile iron (GGG40/GGG50) or cast iron (CI) body with epoxy coating for corrosion resistance, combined with a stainless steel (SS304 / SS316) or nylon-coated ductile iron disc and soft sealing seat (EPDM, NBR or PTFE), ensuring tight shut-off and long service life.

The lever handle enables quick 90° quarter-turn operation, making it suitable for frequent manual use and limited installation space. The wafer design allows easy installation between ANSI, DIN, and JIS flanges, reducing space and installation cost.

Designed with ISO 5211 mounting pad, the valve allows future upgrade to worm gear operator or installation of electric and pneumatic actuators. Each valve is 100% pressure and sealing tested before shipment. CE, MTC and ISO9001 certified. OEM service is available.
